Are you ready for a full-body workout?! Transform your body and Unleash your power!
Bootcamps are conducted in a group atmosphere, where you are surrounded with like minded people who will encourage and motivate you. Workouts are designed to help build lean muscle that will strengthen and tone your body.
They are a combination of fun, playful, and challenging workouts with all fitness levels in mind. Whether indoors or outdoors, they include cardiovascular training, strength training, interval/circuit training, and natural movement-based activities.
Bootcamps are pre-registered and offered in four-week sessions.
