Hey There! I’m Nicki.
I've been a Movement Coach for three decades. My passion is to help individuals feel confident and strong to move better in their bodies.
I guide and educate you through strength training, yoga, mobility, and movement principles. Specifically, we work on details of alignment, the science of functional movement, greater body awareness, strength, agility, flexibility, and balance so you can age gracefully.
One of my greatest rewards as a coach is being a part of your journey and helping you to reach your full potential. In my thirty-year career, I have worked with a very diverse population from youth to seniors. This has included athletes, cancer patients, individuals recovering from knee/ hip replacements and various injuries, and those entering their forties and fifties who care about their general fitness and well-being as they age.
My truest happy place is in the presence of any and everything horses! In my free time, I also enjoy hiking, working out, walking my dogs, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. Fitness, sports, and being active is, and always will be, an integral part of my life.
