PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal trainers can make the difference in the success of your fitness program. I can work with you on a regular basis or a consulting basis to help design a customized workout for you. I am here to help you overcome the obstacles that can get in the way of becoming your best self.

Personal training is offered at the Shape 4 Life studio or in the comfort of your own home.

Your personal training session will be one hour in length. I will be there to ensure safety and proper technique, challenge your body accordingly, motivate, and educate you. You will gain a better knowledge of health and fitness while building self-confidence.

Fitness and wellness education are constantly evolving. My functional training approach, through conferences and continuing education programs, always incorporates the latest movement based research through a deeper understanding of body mechanics for improving mobility.

I enjoy working with all ages and fitness levels and being able to share my knowledge and skills to help others improve their heath and wellness.
