The decision to train with Nicki as my personal trainer was one of the best
            decisions of my life. Nicki is a fantastic trainer for lots of reasons, the most
            important being her infectious enthusiasm, motivation, inspiration and
            support. She taught me that fitness isn’t impossible, or even all that difficult
            and the more positive results I see, the more encouraged I am to keep going.
            She not only works with me physically, but instills the desire to eat
            nutritiously and live healthy. She also practices what she preaches by
            carrying herself in good health and well-being. Not only is she an excellent
            trainer and fitness coach, but she has a very caring and understanding
            manner and is a pleasure to work with. Over the years Nicki has become a
            special friend whose friendship has been so very beneficial to me. I cannot
            recommend her highly enough. I plan to work with her for the rest of my life.

            Nicki Irwin's Vinyasa Yoga (Power Yoga) classes are one of the best workouts
            I have ever had. They are great for improving overall toning, flexibility,
            balance, and strength. This is the first golf season that I was not extremely
            stiff and sore at the beginning of the season. Vinyasa Yoga has greatly
            increased my overall conditioning, making walking 18 holes of golf a breeze,
            even in this season’s extreme heat. I have even started carrying my golf bag.
            I feel I am possibly in the best shape of my life, and at 45 years old, that is a
            good thing. Two thumbs up to Nicki's classes.

           Nicki has exceeded my expectations as an instructor. Her hands-on approach
           to teaching has given me the opportunity to learn quickly, while constantly

          Nicki Irwin has been my personal trainer and yoga instructor for the last
          4 years. She has been a key reason for me continuing to work out regularly,
          as I struggle to fit it into my schedule. Nicki is a great motivator, but also
          practical and a lot of fun. She helps keep exercising interesting through
          different types of workouts and the use of different equipment.
